Asero Insurance Services is a Managing General Agency (MGA), not an insurance company. Asero operates under delegated underwriting authority agreements granted by unaffiliated insurance carriers. Under these agreements, Asero may underwrite and issue insurance policies on behalf of participating carriers. In addition, certain products may be offered on a wholesale basis. Insurance products are distributed only through licensed retail agents, wholesale brokers, and other authorized distributors.
